Ruatan 1775/1742 Chart of Roatan Island 24" x 36"
This is a very high quality print of the 1775 Ruatan or Rattan chart of Roatan Island that the British charted when they took possession of Port Royal in 1742. It is 24" x 36" and printed on 70 Lb Matte paper and is frame able.
There are Observations and 2 insets, one of pirate home, Port Royal on Ruatan(Roatan) in the Caribbean 30 miles off the coast of Honduras and one of the pirate islands of Old Providence and Santa Catalina off the coast of Nicaragua now part of Columbia.
